At Titans, we have a large variety of group fitness classes on offer for you, ranging from low impact activities, to high intensity sessions for those who like to sweat hard and fast, and high endurance, strength-testing, long-form training sessions.
Fighting Fit
The Titans Fighting Fit class is an open age dynamic boxing fitness class for those wanting a challenge and something different and more exciting than the gym.
HIIT
High-Intensity Interval Training involves a short workout and quick bursts of energy with quick resting periods. (Most HIIT workouts are not more than 30 minutes.)
Boxing Circuit
Boxing circuit classes are available for those looking to get fit, work hard and have fun. An awesome mix of technical work, drills and cardio and strength work
Strength Classes
Strength classes focus on using resistance based exercises to building strength and tone your body. There are many different ways and types exercise to build strength.
